Is Foodyo a website builder or an ordering system?
Both. Foodyo lets you create a restaurant website with a menu and online ordering, then manage orders, delivery, collection and payments from one panel. Your guests order directly from you.
How does commission work?
We charge no commission on cash or collection payments. Online payments cost 2% in total: 0.85% goes to HotPay and 1.15% to Foodyo. There is no separate order-value commission.
How quickly can I launch online ordering?
You can prepare a preview in a few minutes. Enter your venue name, choose a design and upload your menu. You can test the full ordering flow before publishing, without an agency or developer.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A custom domain is included with Pro (109 PLN net/month + VAT). Start costs 59 PLN net/month + VAT and uses a .foodyo.pl address. You can upgrade to Pro later.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
You choose when publishing. Monthly billing costs 59 PLN for Start or 109 PLN for Pro, net + VAT. With annual billing, the average is 49 PLN/month for Start and 99 PLN/month for Pro.
Are there hidden fees or order limits?
There is no activation fee and no order limit. The fixed cost is your subscription. The only additional charge is 2% for online payments; cash and collection payments have 0% commission.
Can I change my plan or billing cycle?
You can upgrade from Start to Pro at any time and pay only the difference for the remaining period. You can change between monthly and annual billing at renewal.
